Women make up 62% of our U.S. leadership positions.
We implemented The Out List™ and The IPSY Clean Standard.
We were selected as an Anthem Award Winner for Most Impactful Corporate Initiative.
We reduced our virgin plastic packaging to 51% in 2021 and 2022, nearly reaching our 2023 goal.
We measured our carbon footprint for the first time in 2022 and we are working on developing our approach to reducing emissions.
