About the Role:

Beauty for All (“BFA”) known for Brands such as IPSY and BoxyCharm is looking for an individual to join its finance team. Come join a dynamic team and have an impact on BFA’s fast-growing $1B revenue business. This position reports into the Senior Director, FP&A. You will partner closely with all FP&A leads and business partners across all functions and get to know different businesses across the company. You will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, prioritize multiple initiatives, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the FP&A team and build impactful crucial Finance processes across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Optimize FP&A’s ability to scale with Beauty For All’s growth by identifying and implementing processes and analytics across planning (fixed versus variable and key drivers of various major spend categories), management and SEC reporting, and month-end close that will improve the overall operation and efficiency of the Finance organization
  • Develop critical relationships across the senior leadership team for key Beauty For All’s functions (Finance and Facilities, People, Marketing, Operations, etc.) with the ability to influence and engage key leadership using data and analytics
  • Ensure scalable execution with a high degree of quality and compliance of FP&A Controllership shared service function responsibilities of purchase order and requisition approvals, FP&A related close responsibilities, monthly pacing reports, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally on functional system enhancements and master data governance across ERP, HRIS, Tableau, Adaptive, Amazon Web Services, etc. to drive data insights required for forecast accuracy against budgets, pacing to plan for headcount, expenses, and capital expenditures, ROI on various spend initiatives, etc. 
  • Own our expense planning cadence including oversight and design of our planning tool, Adaptive

What We are Looking For:

  • This role is for doers; be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest for the trees
  • Knowledge and experience in financial / process / operational / technology reviews and risk assessments required to construct well-targeted management reports within the context of business/industry operations/practices
  • Strategic and results driven individual who understands accounting and finance processes and has extensive financial systems experience (with high volumes of data in a complex multi-currency global environment)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and applying concepts, practices, and procedures of financial planning and analysis. Outstanding forecasting methods and techniques. Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating financial information in an easy-to-understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization in an open office setting and a highly collaborative environment with a start-up mentality
  • Outstanding software and system skills with extensive experience with Jira Service Desk, ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and Planning (Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.) systems including data conversions and data mapping across multiple ERPs and Consolidation /Reporting systems a must
  • Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed

Bonus if You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related relevant areas
  • 5+ years of related experience preferably supporting cross-functional teams with progressive advancement within the Finance organization
